This privacy policy defines and informs you of the way in which SPRL E-Bugs BVBA E-Bugs uses and protects the information that you transmit to it, if applicable, when you use this site accessible from the following URL: https://www.ozen.eco/ (hereinafter the “Site”).
Please note that this privacy policy may be amended or supplemented at any time by SPRL E-Bugs, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. In such a case, the date of its update will be clearly identified at the top of this policy. These modifications are binding on the User as soon as they are put online. In general, you can visit the E-Bugs BVBA E-Bugs website without providing any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are in no way obliged to transmit this information to E-Bugs BVBA.

Right of access and communication of data
You have the right to access your Personal Information.

SPRL E-Bugs SPRL informs you that it will be entitled, where appropriate, to object to requests that are manifestly abusive (due to their number, repetitive or systematic nature).

Right to rectify data

Deadlines for reply
SPRL E-Bugs undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.
Authorised service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
SPRL E-Bugs informs you that it uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and may communicate the data collected via the various forms on the Site (with the exception of the form enabling you to exercise your rights to information and freedom of information, which is offered and used by E-Bugs SPRL).
SPRL E-Bugs SPRL has first ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate guarantees and that they comply with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection. In particular, vigilance has been exercised to ensure that there is a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country.
