This privacy policy defines and informs you of the way in which SPRL E-Bugs BVBA E-Bugs uses and protects the information that you transmit to it, if applicable, when you use this site accessible from the following URL: https://www.ozen.eco/ (hereinafter the “Site”).

Please note that this privacy policy may be amended or supplemented at any time by SPRL E-Bugs, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. In such a case, the date of its update will be clearly identified at the top of this policy. These modifications are binding on the User as soon as they are put online. It is therefore advisable for the User to regularly consult the present policy on confidentiality and the use of cookies in order to be aware of any possible modifications.

Personal data

In general, you can visit the E-Bugs BVBA E-Bugs website without providing any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are in no way obliged to transmit this information to E-Bugs BVBA.

However, if you refuse, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested. SPRL E-Bugs BVBA E-Bugs may in certain cases ask you to provide your surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, company and position (hereinafter your “Personal Information”). Right of access and communication of data

You have the right to access your Personal Information.

However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data incumbent on SPRL E-Bugs, you are informed that your request will be processed on condition that you provide proof of your identity, in particular by producing a scan of your valid identity document (in the event of a request via our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the event of a request made in writing).

SPRL E-Bugs SPRL informs you that it will be entitled, where appropriate, to object to requests that are manifestly abusive (due to their number, repetitive or systematic nature).

Right to rectify data

Under this right, the law entitles you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data concerning you which may prove to be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.

You can also define general and specific directives concerning the fate of personal data after your death. Where appropriate, the heirs of a deceased person may demand to take into account the death of their loved one and/or make the necessary updates.

Deadlines for reply

SPRL E-Bugs undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

Authorised service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union

SPRL E-Bugs informs you that it uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and may communicate the data collected via the various forms on the Site (with the exception of the form enabling you to exercise your rights to information and freedom of information, which is offered and used by E-Bugs SPRL).

SPRL E-Bugs SPRL has first ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate guarantees and that they comply with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection. In particular, vigilance has been exercised to ensure that there is a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country.

Complaint to the competent authority
