Who is Flavie?

For as long as she can remember, Flavie has been impressed by the ingenuity of the human body. The way in which all our cells, living in harmony with each other, can create this carnal envelope allowing us to have fun, to run, to laugh, to philosophize, to dance, to love,… to live.

It was to satisfy her great curiosity that she began training in naturopathy at the IHMN (Institut d’Hygiène et de Médecine Naturelle), first to understand the fine workings of our body’s mechanisms through anatomy, physiology and biochemistry, and then to learn how to support it and help it when needed. Today, she never stops being amazed and learning new techniques that she puts into practice in her personal life and in her consultations and workshops.

She likes to accompany each person with adapted paths to advance on the path of health and find balance and make sure that the energy that emanates from a healthy body is a springboard to the realization of all your projects, allowing you to enjoy every little pleasure that life has to offer.

What is naturopathy?

Recognised by the WHO (World Health Organisation) as a traditional Western medicine, naturopathy is a therapeutic system aimed at optimising overall health through natural means. This non-conventional medicine is directly derived from the vision of Hippocrates, the father of medicine, while being based on the numerous current scientific advances.

Above all preventive, naturopathy is based on five foundations: vitalism (the idea of a vital force, always tending towards health), humorism (the science of studying the different liquids present in the body, such as blood, lymph, interstitial liquid, etc.), hygienism (advocating good eating and living habits), and the
It aims at maintaining and/or restoring the health of the body, and at improving the quality of life of the people who live in it, and at improving the quality of life of the people who live in it. It therefore aims to maintain and/or restore health balance by stimulating the body’s regenerative and self-healing processes through natural methods.

Her mission as a naturopath

The naturopath has a double mission: that of a therapist of course, but also that of a health educator whose aim is to make each person autonomous by becoming an actor in their own health. She accompanies you on the way to discover your personal balance according to your needs and desires.
